We have a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to report any issues with your order.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal reasons.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at soufianeag15@gmail.com.
Once the issue is verified, we will process a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
To help us evaluate the issue, you may be asked to provide photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
Return Eligibility (Defective Items Only)
To be eligible for a refund due to a defective product:

The issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging when possible.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on the situation.
Refunds
If your refund is approved due to a defective or damaged product, we will notify you once the item has been inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
